Sarah Myatt-Paul,
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA, Sarah graduated from Scripps College with a BA in Human Biology, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University in 2005. She started her career working in Houston, TX where she was instrumental in establishing a developmental therapy program at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital. Since moving back to Santa Cruz in 2011 Sarah has worked as a Physical Therapist for Dominican Hospital. She was the first Physical Therapist to provide PT services in Dominican's Neonatal ICU. Witnessing a lack of developmental services for NICU graduates in Santa Cruz County prompted Sarah to establish Coastal Kinetic Physical Therapy in 2024. During her free time, Sarah can be found hiking in the redwoods or along the beach with her family and two dogs.

The mission of Coastal Kinetic PT is to support and optimize your child's developmental progression from birth through adolescence. We are committed to empowering children and their families by providing support, resources, and education during therapy sessions. Our goal is to enable all children to achieve their full potential and live their best life.

To be the first choice pediatric physical therapy provider in Santa Cruz County, offering quality services and evidence based practice to achieve measurable progress toward individualized goals for children and families living. To be an active liaison and advocate for clients as they navigate access limitations in Santa Cruz County.
